A walking, running, fitness trip through nature, Fitness Journeys - Through the Forest is ideal for use with Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Steppers and Exercise Bikes. Through the Forest lets you stay in shape and turn exercising into a relaxing journey amidst the peace and quiet of nature. Get fit while enjoying leafy oaks, tall redwoods, Silver birch and pine trees, all accompanied by 3 tracks of forest birdsong. Through the Forest has three different 'journeys' to choose from, with all three carrying you forward through the trees and changing landscapes. Track 1 is a long walk through avenues of trees and tracks 2 and 3 let you jog, run or cycle through different woods and forests. All tracks repeat automatically allowing longer exercise sessions and a Play All function lets you play all 3 in turn. Track 1 - Forest Walk (approx. 5 mph) Track 2 - Evening Run (approx. 12 mph) Track 3 - Redwoods & Oaks (approx. 12 mph). Take a walk under shady trees with "Forest Walk" or a quick jog after work with "Evening Run". Enjoy different forests and woods with leafy Oaks, tall Redwoods, Silver Birch, pines, Beech, firs and lots more. Please note: For a location with up to 4 TVs, non-profit public screenings of this DVD for small companies, for instance in Health Spas, Doctor and Dentist Waiting Rooms, Restaurants and Bars, are allowed at one location, free of any extra license fee.
